Returns

We want you to be happy with your NoFlatMiles purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received an incorrect item, please contact us.
We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Items damaged after use

All NoFlatMiles products are made to order.
