At NoFlatMiles, every item is made with intention  and shipped with care.
Here’s how shipping works.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Europe

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted production partners in the U.S. or Europe, depending on your location.

Same trail spirit. Different starting points.

Processing time

All NoFlatMiles products are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

This helps us reduce waste and keep things intentional.

Shipping times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, customs, or seasonal volume.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination

  • order size

  • selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by local authorities upon delivery.

Delays and carriers

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • events outside our control

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by them.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
